Pros
I can't think of one...oh, wait...if youre an excutive you get MASSIVE bonuses every year (at the expense of their workforce and patients).
Cons
Bad benefits, horrible managment, everyone is stressed, overworked and horribly unhappy, tiny raises, treat employees awful, NO work life balance, they don't care about the patients...has gone downhill in the last 10 yrs USED to be a GREAT place to work. Sad.
