Pros
The company works well in taking care of patients and has a great benefit package.
Cons
Long hours, little recognition, minimal LIFE/work balance, often expect you to fill in gaps where the masses fall short. Often misrepresented by a title. Heavy turnover, those who stay are either desperate or prevented from growth. Poor morale, hastey changes, difficult to trust the chain above you. Toxic. If you're a key component you are expected to sacrifice time for off. Management treats people like commodities and also won't share pivotal insight but rather take car of their own before they take care of the employees. Don't give much insensitive for longevity. Often misrepresent roles and low ball pay. Leadership doesn't inspire confidence but lead with secrecy and personal motives. Very little trust between colleagues. Often watch good employees jump ship and set people up for failure. Overlook quality workers to maintain safety nets for company resulting in little growth and development.
