Given the market and our not-for-profit status, we feel that our total compensation package is highly competitive, especially when taking our bonus structure and benefits into account. We have heard employee concerns about career growth and are working on a company-wide career ladder/career path initiative which will provide employees the clarity needed to facilitate formal growth within their functional ladder and across the organization.
