Good company, limited room for growth - Web Developer Harvard Business Publishing Employee Review

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are happy to hear that you continue to have a generally positive experience and hope you continue on the journey with us. We have heard employee concerns about career growth and are working on a company-wide career ladder/career path initiative which will provide employees the clarity needed to facilitate formal growth within their functional ladder and across the organization. Given the market and our not-for-profit status, we feel that our total compensation package is highly competitive, especially when taking our bonus structure and benefits into account. Our collaborative culture and approach to include multiple perspectives, does lead to more meetings than necessary and can hinder the decision making process at times. We are working on ways to increase efficiencies without losing the value of collaborating in meetings. More to come!
