Pros

I learned so much during such a short period of time. They offer educational seminars to all interns along with unlimited access to all HBP content for the whole summer. The culture of the company was incredibly accepting of my questions and overall presence as I shadowed and worked throughout HBP. 10/10 would recommend.

Cons

The other interns took a little warming up to, but by the end of the summer, we became much closer.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We are happy to hear that your first professional experience was a great one. We do our best to ensure that the students selected are a diverse group who are the right fit for the organization and the program, as the cohort comprises an important part of the experience in addition to work assignments, formal learning, and other professional opportunities.

Pros

Hybrid work schedule, benefits, free access to hbr articles, the Harvard name

Cons

Extreme disfunction. Every senior leaders opinion matters so that’s 10 different stakeholders you have to account for. Sr leaders are turning more into a mafia than actual leaders. Toxic workplace filled with politics.
