In the 30 years I worked in the training industry before coming to HBP, I never experienced a work environment so supportive of developing its own people while delivering the highest quality of development to others. Another factor that impresses me with HBP is how the leaders take a long view in addressing change. Because the leadership team is very engaged with clients and able to sense early signals of the need to change, they avoid having to take drastic short-term measures to turn around problems. Instead, they take a measured approach to prevent performance crises in the business. It's exciting to see all the possibilities in HBP's future and know that there's a well-thought out plan for transforming visions into realities to continue to fulfill the mission of helping leaders become better at what they do in a complex world.
