Pros

The company gave a sizeable bonus last year. Employees can leave work at 2:00 PM on Fridays in the summer as long as the remaining 3 hours are completed earlier in the week.

Cons

The caliber of leadership exhibited in an organization can vary greatly, ultimately influencing the work experience of each individual employee. This is quite true at HBP. Regrettably, I am situated in a part of the business that is characterized by an overarching culture of fear and manipulation.

Cons

Extreme disfunction. Every senior leaders opinion matters so that’s 10 different stakeholders you have to account for. Sr leaders are turning more into a mafia than actual leaders. Toxic workplace filled with politics.
