Pros

Great content and some leaders

anti-sales culture with virtually no brand awareness and marketing outreach to build business. Sales is also the target and scapegoat for company problems and unfairly targeted by other departments

We are disappointed to hear about your experience but also encouraged by your feedback. Under new leadership, we believe we have addressed many of your concerns: we have refined our go-to-market strategy, realigned functions to work more collaboratively, and set new expectations for a sales culture that celebrates client-centricity, agility and collaboration across functions, amongst other aspects. I encourage you to reach out to me at angela.cheng-cimini@harvardbusiness.org so I can learn more. I hope to hear from you and appreciate your willingness to connect.

Pros

Cons

Extreme disfunction. Every senior leaders opinion matters so that’s 10 different stakeholders you have to account for. Sr leaders are turning more into a mafia than actual leaders. Toxic workplace filled with politics.
