      Fantastic organization to be part of. I could go to sleep every night knowing I worked for an ethical organization. I was well compensated and spent 10 years growing through the organization

      Cons

      Because of my profession, non-publishing, I couldn't move up any further within the organization and had to move on in order to progress professionally.

      Hybrid work schedule, benefits, free access to hbr articles, the Harvard name

      Cons

      Extreme disfunction. Every senior leaders opinion matters so that’s 10 different stakeholders you have to account for. Sr leaders are turning more into a mafia than actual leaders. Toxic workplace filled with politics.
