Pros

You get to put Harvard on your Resume, Decent Pay, Good Benefits

Cons

Pay for parking, they miss represent the position your apply for, you will be doing the work of 3 people with pay that's for one. Pay will seem good till you release how much you spend on parking. Affordable parking doesn't include near by garages but at least a mile out. Everyone works alone, like busy bees, not much time to get to know your team. Felt like a prison. Training is limited, workload is heavy, and very pas paced with expectation of excellence because they are Harvard.

Pros

You work with experts from every field possible in science from Mechanobiology to Metallurgy and working as a ML intern along with scientists from different fields gave me a lot of exposure and how to work in a research department.

Cons

One challenge encountered was maintaining a clear focus on training objectives, as the evolving parameters required continuous reassessment of the model's learning priorities. Additionally, the absence of established ground truth for the domain presented a limitation in validating and guiding the approach effectively.
