Second to none culture. Like nowhere I’ve ever worked before. Values driven organization. I’ve worked in some great companies with great people - and none compare to Harvest. The talent is best in this industry. Complete lack of politics. Everyone is on the same mission and cheering for everyone to succeed. Benefits are best I’ve ever experienced. They truly care about me and my family. (Ton of PTO, charitable matching 2:1, flex work options)
Cons
We are in a fairly constant state of change - but that’s because we are (and have always been) leading change and going where the opportunity is. That can be uncomfortable for some that come from big, bureaucratic companies (but inspiring and exhilarating for those that are a little more entrepreneurial).
