Overall, Harvest is a good place to work. People care about each other and take an interest in everyone on their team.

Cons

I found it challenging to build deep relationships with my clients because I was put on a new business every couple of months.

Pros

Everyone is really nice and collaborative. The company truly cares for their employees, in their actions (not just saying they care). It is an amazing company to work for, and people treat each other with respect. Employees are treated like adults and allowed to manage their workload and flex hours where needed.

Cons

As wonderful as Harvest is, the agency aspect means that varying personalities of clients are still a factor that can’t be controlled.
