Strong culture and feeling of empowerment at all levels. Ability to truly control your career trajectory. Strong CEO with an open door to all employees.

Cons

Smaller company that is growing quickly which can come with growing pains for teams that are not located at the headquarter location.

Pros

Everyone is really nice and collaborative. The company truly cares for their employees, in their actions (not just saying they care). It is an amazing company to work for, and people treat each other with respect. Employees are treated like adults and allowed to manage their workload and flex hours where needed.

Cons

As wonderful as Harvest is, the agency aspect means that varying personalities of clients are still a factor that can’t be controlled.
