Good benefit package and PTO

Cons

CFO is young, fresh and has a great vision, however, the accounting group seemed to be suffering due to a lack of respect and appreciation from the controller. Controller is very hierarchical, dismissive and belittling. If you're looking to grow within this company, accounting will not be the place to move up under this current leadership.

Great company culture, supportive team, and flexible scheduling for students. Management understands the importance of education and works with interns to accommodate class schedules.

Cons

Interns are not eligible for employee benefits. Other than that, there are few significant drawbacks to the internship experience.

To move up, your politicking game needs to be strong, otherwise, you’re stuck at a level with no visibility or growth opportunities. A couple of managers seem very clique-y. They have a lot of time to talk about others but a lot less time to develop and help out their staff.
