Pros
- family meal once a week is only $5 - good if you just want to be a server
Cons
- Pooled house, bartenders do more work in terms of sitework, prep, making every single thing, doing all the glassware, etc and are not fairly compensated but good for servers - Management will always choose the customer over the employee, very customer oriented -> good for customers, bad for employees - Corporate promotes within their own family, people with no experience making for very poorly ran social media pages, and changes from people with very little experience - Prices are very unreasonable for example charging over $5 for fountain club soda and $16 for 6 small pigs in a blanket. Prices are the same for all the restaurants in terms of cocktails and soda no matter the environment (upscale or tavern) - Very corporate and suggestions will not be heard to listened to in a way they will actually consider the change - Will get written up for being 1 minute late no matter the circumstance - The company moves up the people who can't think for themselves and will listen to and do everything they say (no matter what) - Family meal was bland and most of the time things the staff would not enjoy eating, that could not fill you up for a full shift
