Processes are still evolving as the company continues to grow. Communication and standardization between locations can sometimes be improved, and workloads may increase during expansion periods.

Staff members are the only saving grace.

Management is horrible. Depending on the store location it's very boring. No growth. If you get a manager position, they will not train you and expect you to do everything by yourself.
