Also caught when a recruiter sent the same job to personal email. No discussion yet on career goals. Offer letter was rude. Asked for a min 2 yr service requirement for a 5k moving cost. 401k is 50% of employee contribution capped at 6%. 6% is employee contribution . Means Company pays only upto 3%. Have to slog 15 yrs for entry level min to get associate status. No 401k until second yr. No overtime. Claim flat structure but no involvement in technical meetings where stamping needs to be done by the said engineer.
