Pros

-Great coworkers -Travel for projects -Exposure to interesting projects and clients

Cons

-Encouraged to use vacation during slow periods. -can only charge overtime if below certain level and project permitting. -Periods of long (unpaid) work hours. -Your visibility (promotions and bonuses) vary based on who you know and how well you’re liked. -Little to no on the job training; learn as you go or you learn on your own time. -you have to bend over backwards in order to become nominated for shares or associate. -lack of diversity in senior leadership. -Enforcing everyone to come back to the office full time.

Pros

Very good technical development sessions. Eight hour work days.

Cons

Salaries are heavily biased towards one ethnicity. Gender bias as well. Sweet talk same work but less exposure and definitely less salary. Also caught when a recruiter sent the same job to personal email. No discussion yet on career goals. Offer letter was rude. Asked for a min 2 yr service requirement for a 5k moving cost. 401k is 50% of employee contribution capped at 6%. 6% is employee contribution . Means Company pays only upto 3%. Have to slog 15 yrs for entry level min to get associate status. No 401k until second yr. No overtime. Claim flat structure but no involvement in technical meetings where stamping needs to be done by the said engineer.
