Pros
Hathway is a great place to work! Everyone is creative and I feel encouraged to be myself and share my ideas to any department. The open office format makes it easy to see who is available and communication flows easily between developers, QA, design, and project management. The QA team is fantastic here, growing strong and very supportive. I really enjoy what I do and all the opportunities to learn and improve across multiple areas.
Cons
Some of the downsides for me (in no particular order):
* noise levels are too high at times
* changes to resources during projects contributes to instability
* there are times when I see colleagues working 80-90 hour weeks, we need more developers and more designers!
