Pros
They offer a good salary, strong benefits, a severance package, and provided all the work from home things I would need. All employees are kind, considerate, thoughtful, and enjoyable to work with. Everyone was very smart and capable of solving difficult problems. Co-workers were great about helping out when needed.
Cons
The manager listened back to every sales call I took and critiqued each one. They wanted to get signed contracts before knowing the installation was possible given the site conditions. They told me they brought me on for my down to earth, educational sales style and when they learned what that looked like, they tried to turn me into a pushy salesperson. They jumped into this industry before knowing anything about it, definitely learning as they go. They're all smart people but they don't know what they're doing in this industry just yet. Too much hustle culture, long hours, maximize profit attitude for me.
