Pros

Family atmosphere . Flexible time off if needed. Fair quality of furniture. Decent work hours.Good sales training. Clean enviroment to work in.

Cons

Profit Center manager is always pulling the sales people down. He never says anything good to any of us. If you try to talk to him about anything, he knocks you down. Big time micro management. We do not take care of the customers like we used too because everyone is so concerned about MSC. They also try to flood the floor where you can hardly make a decent paycheck. One last thing..the Branch Manager does absolutely nothing about problems on the sales floor . OF course this brings nothing but turmoil on the floor.

Cons

Very low additional pay for Sales Manager role. COMMISSION only job. Some months I made $14.00, other months I made $8000.00. I was Salesperson on the month many times and still never broke $50K year. LONG HOURS. Many people there work 12 hour days, just to get their sales numbers enough to avoid being fired. Upper management is "Old Boy" mentality.
