Pros
The pro's that could " potentially" be there for this job come if you are placed at the right location foremost. Location is everything along side the right manager. If you are of a certain "type" you might be fine but the terms of making advertised pay. Product they sell is decent.
Cons
Not much respect for there employee's , they ask for you to go to "required" training (4 hours on one occasion) then don't want to pay you for your time. Management is terrible in most locations and pay doesn't come close to what they advertise. Building a client base especially at a slow location takes a considerable amount of time. You will work holidays and forget about scheduled breaks and lunches. Management helps steal your client base to share with "more" desirable and obedient employees. I could go on but I'm sure a smart person can read between the lines
