Pros
The potential to make good money. They have a great company story. The benefits are better than most. Deep discounts on purchases.
Cons
If you add up the total amount of hours you work and consider what you would make overtime at an hourly paid based job you may find that your time isn't very valuable and the company and management could care less. Their answer to a lull in the economy is to flood the floor with sales people So that you have to come in on days and hours you are scheduled off to literally fight for your sales. It makes them money hand over fist and it makes you tired and fed up.
