Its a great company to work for. They pride themselves on customer service and quality merchandise. We are extremely competitive in the market. There is a great opportunity (for those willing to put the effort in) to make a very comfortable living.
Cons
It takes time to get the ball rolling. The first three months are challenging and there is a great deal of product knowledge that is necessary to perform the job.
