      Good culture ,well enfoq in customer care .

      Cons

      Not a lot of clientele can afford this furniture wish hurts the sales people the most because the compensation is definitely not the best . Low pay of $12 per hour plus commission wish is really hard to hit having no people to sell .

      They provided health insurance and 401K contribution

      Cons

      Very low additional pay for Sales Manager role. COMMISSION only job. Some months I made $14.00, other months I made $8000.00. I was Salesperson on the month many times and still never broke $50K year. LONG HOURS. Many people there work 12 hour days, just to get their sales numbers enough to avoid being fired. Upper management is "Old Boy" mentality.
