Pros
Fellow employees are the only thing worth going to work for.
Cons
training is a mess. You sit side by side for a week with another rep and then spend 3 days going over material in a binder with no actual time spent navigating the system and then set free on to the call center floor to take calls. Most people never make it past the training or lack there of. Management is a joke. Not only do they have their favorites but the ones they don't like they harass and push to the point of quitting. I have been sprayed down with Lysol by a manager because I sneezed and she thought I was getting sick and didn't want my germs to spread to her. Sorry but that's illegal. Who the heck sprays someone with a chemical and thinks it's ok. Or being told to hold my pee because I go too much. Sorry for being pregnant I guess you want me to wear a diaper to work and sit in it all day. Rules don't apply to everyone there. Some people can roll in late and never be in trouble but others will quickly be suspended without pay for 3 days. I have watched my manager relentlessly harass a team member Day in and day out including others on my team. I do know that things have gotten so bad that one of the employees had to file an EOC complaint against the manager and head customer service manager. If you like being belittled by management and cussed out by customers then this is the job for you
