Pros

You can learn a lot if you put yourself in a position to receive the knowledge and make allow yourself to be teachable.

Cons

Low wage per hour that doesn't match up with the workload. There's absolutely no regard for the energy and your time is not valued. No matter how much knowledge you gain, it's only to benefit the company. There's no opportunity to grow and progress, neither is it encouraged.

They provided health insurance and 401K contribution

Cons

Very low additional pay for Sales Manager role. COMMISSION only job. Some months I made $14.00, other months I made $8000.00. I was Salesperson on the month many times and still never broke $50K year. LONG HOURS. Many people there work 12 hour days, just to get their sales numbers enough to avoid being fired. Upper management is "Old Boy" mentality.
