      Decent pay when deliveries go smoothly

      Commission Only Pay Sucks. Lots of damaged furniture problems, management treats employees like they,re easily replaceable , if salepeople don,t meet their monthly quotas they are written up and fired. They do not take into account the sales numbers are dependent on delivery of undamaged merchandise.

      They provided health insurance and 401K contribution

      Cons

      Very low additional pay for Sales Manager role. COMMISSION only job. Some months I made $14.00, other months I made $8000.00. I was Salesperson on the month many times and still never broke $50K year. LONG HOURS. Many people there work 12 hour days, just to get their sales numbers enough to avoid being fired. Upper management is "Old Boy" mentality.
