good training, well kept showroom, decent benefits

Cons

More and more micro managing. It's not about the customer anymore. All we hear is about engagement or no engagement . Get as much information as you can and keep harassing the customer with emails.

They provided health insurance and 401K contribution

Cons

Very low additional pay for Sales Manager role. COMMISSION only job. Some months I made $14.00, other months I made $8000.00. I was Salesperson on the month many times and still never broke $50K year. LONG HOURS. Many people there work 12 hour days, just to get their sales numbers enough to avoid being fired. Upper management is "Old Boy" mentality.
