Cant talk on the phone while standing, two 10 minute breaks and not two 15 minute breaks. If you use the restroom or get coffee you must log off your phone on break time. Which means you really only get two 5 minute breaks in the day. You cant punch in or out except at your exact time. Don't converse with others around your cubical. In this" call center" environment, don't leave your cubical to stretch your legs. No organized training, no computer training on systems, all training is done with a 3 ring binder with 800 pgs in it. Turnover is 90%. I started training on Monday with 4 people by Wednesday we all had left. No food of any kind at your desk. Unless you really, really, really need a job go elsewhere to find an employer who respects and appreciates you and isn't trying to ring every ounce of blood from your body before your shift is over.

Very low additional pay for Sales Manager role. COMMISSION only job. Some months I made $14.00, other months I made $8000.00. I was Salesperson on the month many times and still never broke $50K year. LONG HOURS. Many people there work 12 hour days, just to get their sales numbers enough to avoid being fired. Upper management is "Old Boy" mentality.
