Pros

Create your own paycheck. This is YOUR OWN business through this company. Business and thank you cards provided for you. Room for growth IF YOU TRULY STRIVE for “more.” This is a career not a job. Your work ethic/sales/position will be reviewed daily/weekly and officially, on a monthly basis. If your branch manager is great, you will be great, IF YOU WANT to be. Design opportunities. Software for designing/planning. Commission. For a bad month, your pay will be hourly. $12/hr. You must take the initiative to gain product knowledge. Do your due diligence.

Cons

Absolutely no work/life balance. Your paycheck will be based on your hours or sales. (whichever is higher by the end of the month) EVERYONE WORKS ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. NO EXCEPTIONS. Saturday’s, you will work open to close every other week. Sunday’s, same. If you are not present during a visit from a client whom you have been working with, you will have to split that sale with a fellow employee. You must keep up with clients or you will lose sales. You may have to work on off days to be there for your clients. It will be up to you. The company veterans are full of greed. It’s difficult to be a truly God based person and work for this company. That’s my personal opinion.

Pros

They provided health insurance and 401K contribution

Cons

Very low additional pay for Sales Manager role. COMMISSION only job. Some months I made $14.00, other months I made $8000.00. I was Salesperson on the month many times and still never broke $50K year. LONG HOURS. Many people there work 12 hour days, just to get their sales numbers enough to avoid being fired. Upper management is "Old Boy" mentality.
