Pros

Retail commission sales gives you customers so you don't have to hit the streets and find them yourself, some of the employees were very enjoyable to work with, and there is a lot of opportunity for growth

Cons

Terrible commission structure that keeps getting worse each year, company finds ways to pay you less while you are selling the same amount. Some sales people are less enjoyable than others. Direct management was great to work with until upper management came around you could feel a dynamic change

Pros

They provided health insurance and 401K contribution

Cons

Very low additional pay for Sales Manager role. COMMISSION only job. Some months I made $14.00, other months I made $8000.00. I was Salesperson on the month many times and still never broke $50K year. LONG HOURS. Many people there work 12 hour days, just to get their sales numbers enough to avoid being fired. Upper management is "Old Boy" mentality.
