Pros
Love the Company. Great benefits and it has done a lot for me being a Million Dollar Writer which I attribute all to hard work and of no influence whatsoever from the existing so called management. Don't know what they are.
Cons
Poor Management built on lies, deception and total disregard for employees if they're able to get away with it. Employees aren't measured on the merit of hard work, initiative and dedication, but they love the glory of riding on the pedestal to make themselves look good as a result. They lie during the hiring process of what the average would make based on top writers earnings and not the 2/3s of the under performers governed under their poor management. All this is too late till after your hired and you notice at first hand what trap you fell for and the first strike of your new experience with this type of "Whatever You Call It". I'm sure you'll have a name for it when the time comes, but its sure far from leadership.
