Pros
It is interesting to be able to work with customers and help them determine their true furniture needs and to sell them furniture that is very well made and a very good long term decision.
Cons
At certain stages in life working most weekends and holidays, as well as some nights during the week can be very hard. It is nice however to have time off during the week.
