clean enviorment and friendly staff

Another year has come around and Havertys is taking money away from sales people once again. It's hard to make a decent living when they continue to raise gold quotas and commission quotas. The economy is a disaster and Havertys just wants to drain as much out of sales people as they can.

They provided health insurance and 401K contribution

Cons

Very low additional pay for Sales Manager role. COMMISSION only job. Some months I made $14.00, other months I made $8000.00. I was Salesperson on the month many times and still never broke $50K year. LONG HOURS. Many people there work 12 hour days, just to get their sales numbers enough to avoid being fired. Upper management is "Old Boy" mentality.
