They pay you so that's good.
Cons
From the beginning there are issues. The trainer does not introduce herself or the training class to each other. She just starts talking. The training is from binders but the job is in a call center but there is very little computer access during the training process. Soft skills aren't trained or used in dealing with customers. It's a quick, almost useless training and then go sit at your desk and take calls.
