      Pros

      Sometimes there would be corporate parties where food would be catered. Some flexibility in schedule.

      Cons

      Insurance was expensive and did not cover much. Over worked and underpaid. Leadership looked down upon minorities. This company did not handle the pandemic well.

      They provided health insurance and 401K contribution

      Cons

      Very low additional pay for Sales Manager role. COMMISSION only job. Some months I made $14.00, other months I made $8000.00. I was Salesperson on the month many times and still never broke $50K year. LONG HOURS. Many people there work 12 hour days, just to get their sales numbers enough to avoid being fired. Upper management is "Old Boy" mentality.
