      Good value in product.. clients are happy with purchases and few returns. Employees are A + and work well together and respectful.

      Cons

      Commission driven and they raise goals that lower your income yearly. Youhaveto sell much more to make the same income as the previous year, Little support from management.

      They provided health insurance and 401K contribution

      Cons

      Very low additional pay for Sales Manager role. COMMISSION only job. Some months I made $14.00, other months I made $8000.00. I was Salesperson on the month many times and still never broke $50K year. LONG HOURS. Many people there work 12 hour days, just to get their sales numbers enough to avoid being fired. Upper management is "Old Boy" mentality.
