      Poor management from the "PC" manager (owner) Seemingly difficult quotas (don't meet them, you're gone) Enforcement of standards are a joke (everyone except 'teachers pets') Job is constantly on the line

      Cons

      Very low additional pay for Sales Manager role. COMMISSION only job. Some months I made $14.00, other months I made $8000.00. I was Salesperson on the month many times and still never broke $50K year. LONG HOURS. Many people there work 12 hour days, just to get their sales numbers enough to avoid being fired. Upper management is "Old Boy" mentality.
