Pros
Paid training Very good assertive sales training in my opinion. Adequate probation period to meet sales quotas. Easily navigated computer system. Access to sales reps and management keeps you up to speed on new products.
Cons
Aggressive sales atmosphere, however, when working on commission this is practically a given. Extremely helpful to have previous knowledge of furniture in general-although training is provided. As with most retail sales, working on weekends and holidays is a MUST.
