Pros

Product and company well respected. Great customers, enjoy doing designs and seeing clients homes. Comfortable working environment. Selling computer program helps you track leads, deliveries and client issues to diffuse situations.

Cons

Never get weekends off. Too many associates on floor dilutes your ability to make great sales. Needs better ability to advance. Designers not getting direction from store managers. Ours does her own thing a lot. Lose out on her being In Store more to capitalize on using her.

They provided health insurance and 401K contribution

Cons

Very low additional pay for Sales Manager role. COMMISSION only job. Some months I made $14.00, other months I made $8000.00. I was Salesperson on the month many times and still never broke $50K year. LONG HOURS. Many people there work 12 hour days, just to get their sales numbers enough to avoid being fired. Upper management is "Old Boy" mentality.
