Pros

I loved the aspect of my job that was helping my team succeed. Consistent coaching with my peers, and my team

Cons

They do not understand a change in health status They have an antiquated view of what a company person is. If you have to go on FMLA in a management position for anything not old man cancer related, you will be put under a magnifying glass upon your return. The ramifications for them to go against a lawsuit is so minimal, it is easier to replace you.

They provided health insurance and 401K contribution

Cons

Very low additional pay for Sales Manager role. COMMISSION only job. Some months I made $14.00, other months I made $8000.00. I was Salesperson on the month many times and still never broke $50K year. LONG HOURS. Many people there work 12 hour days, just to get their sales numbers enough to avoid being fired. Upper management is "Old Boy" mentality.
