Pros

This was a great opportunity to work with a great company and learn about the making of quality furniture. You can learn a lot about fabrics, interior design, and overall process of furniture making.

Cons

Hours are long and can interfere with balancing family time and working. But that is what it is working in retail.

They provided health insurance and 401K contribution

Cons

Very low additional pay for Sales Manager role. COMMISSION only job. Some months I made $14.00, other months I made $8000.00. I was Salesperson on the month many times and still never broke $50K year. LONG HOURS. Many people there work 12 hour days, just to get their sales numbers enough to avoid being fired. Upper management is "Old Boy" mentality.
