Pros

Pretty good variety of products & special order options to sell from, good benefits

Cons

POOR TRAINING, micromanagement from corporate, every year they pay us less by restructuring the commission scale, paid on delivered not written, took away mattress PMs, CEO got a million $ bonus but they cut our commission every year, lots of delivery damage causing multiple exchanges, inconsistentcy & unfairness from managers - not deterrents for cheaters, company makes more $ as sales staff makes less & has to work longer hours to compensate for pay cuts

They provided health insurance and 401K contribution

Cons

Very low additional pay for Sales Manager role. COMMISSION only job. Some months I made $14.00, other months I made $8000.00. I was Salesperson on the month many times and still never broke $50K year. LONG HOURS. Many people there work 12 hour days, just to get their sales numbers enough to avoid being fired. Upper management is "Old Boy" mentality.
