-Sales team lies and is encouraged to lie to customers if it means a sale. -Sales team is incentivized to lie because they don't get paid without sales. -The sales team often ran multiple credit checks on customers trying to get a sale approved which would hurt their credit. When caught, they would say it had been an admin error to keep the sale. Management had been made aware and said they talked to employees but then rewarded offenders for closing the sale -The working environment is horrible, exploitative and so many people cry on their breaks -They exploit the designers by having them work without pay for a trial and then it's by commission. Hundreds of unpaid hours the company benefits from

Cons

Very low additional pay for Sales Manager role. COMMISSION only job. Some months I made $14.00, other months I made $8000.00. I was Salesperson on the month many times and still never broke $50K year. LONG HOURS. Many people there work 12 hour days, just to get their sales numbers enough to avoid being fired. Upper management is "Old Boy" mentality.
