      Pros

      I was lucky to have amazing coworkers and a manager. Everyone was very professional. Any time I needed help, the help was there if not we could call our hire-ups and they instructed us and helped right away. I was never afraid to share my opinion on anything. I really do miss that job also, the benifits they offer are top notch!

      Cons

      The part-time hours are solely weekends only which at the time is was exactly what I needed, but it's the only con I can say that might affect other people. At Havertys everyone works weekends

      They provided health insurance and 401K contribution

      Cons

      Very low additional pay for Sales Manager role. COMMISSION only job. Some months I made $14.00, other months I made $8000.00. I was Salesperson on the month many times and still never broke $50K year. LONG HOURS. Many people there work 12 hour days, just to get their sales numbers enough to avoid being fired. Upper management is "Old Boy" mentality.
