Pros

The high you get from a sale is intoxicating, training is amazing and through. Knowledge of sales and effective methods of sales are instilled in the job. Benefits are quiet nice and employee discount is top notch.

Cons

Constantly having to contact and reengage customers, whether by email or phone. Requirements are sometimes unachievable and non realistic. Although the ideas behind many of the sales methods are great they aren't always the most lucrative in a real life situation.

Cons

Very low additional pay for Sales Manager role. COMMISSION only job. Some months I made $14.00, other months I made $8000.00. I was Salesperson on the month many times and still never broke $50K year. LONG HOURS. Many people there work 12 hour days, just to get their sales numbers enough to avoid being fired. Upper management is "Old Boy" mentality.
