Pros
You can find all sorts of personalities within the walls of Havertys. It really makes the workplace interesting depending on your location. Different stores have different vibes. No store is the same due to this fact. This can be a good thing or a bad thing depending but it was good in my case. I learned from so many people about so many things industry related and life related. I really grew as a person in the year I spent here.
Cons
Speaking of personalities, some stores may have slight gossip problems, but that could be any workplace. Sales people can have a friendly competitive nature towards each other or a snappy drama filled one. Again, it depends on the particular personalities within your particular store... no location is the same.
