Pros

Base hourly wage to fall back on if you don't meet your quota for the month. Great benefits. Is typically a laid back environment.

Cons

Very little flexibility with schedule, must work every weekend. I haven't had a Sunday off in 3 months, though we are fully staffed and should be rotating. (Everyone else has had several Sundays off). Management plays favorites. The whole staff gets punished for someone else's mistake. Managers tend to micro manage when it comes to numbers. Was recently told to force the customer to stay and buy from us because the competition is nowhere near as good as us in services and products. Coworkers are sharks and will steal your customers in a heartbeat. Its hard to move up, and then management lacks the respect to tell you that you didn't get a promotion and they hired outside the company. Delivery team is horrible and causes cancelations which come out of your pocket. Only the top sharks will make decent money. No work/life balance whatsoever.

They provided health insurance and 401K contribution

Cons

Very low additional pay for Sales Manager role. COMMISSION only job. Some months I made $14.00, other months I made $8000.00. I was Salesperson on the month many times and still never broke $50K year. LONG HOURS. Many people there work 12 hour days, just to get their sales numbers enough to avoid being fired. Upper management is "Old Boy" mentality.
