      - Medical, Health, Life, and Dental Insurance - PTO - 401k - Yearly raise - Able to "climb" up the company ladder - Doesn't require a degree

      Cons

      - Less than $1 raises (yes, even after working a year). - Takes 6-12 months to fully understand the position. - Requires doing things that aren't in job description. - No negative consequences for "Top Earner Sales People"

      They provided health insurance and 401K contribution

      Cons

      Very low additional pay for Sales Manager role. COMMISSION only job. Some months I made $14.00, other months I made $8000.00. I was Salesperson on the month many times and still never broke $50K year. LONG HOURS. Many people there work 12 hour days, just to get their sales numbers enough to avoid being fired. Upper management is "Old Boy" mentality.
